"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new. 

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment. 

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.
