Personable and professional. I will ask for him specifically next time I have need of a plumber. He spent about an hour here, checked out the situation, got his tools and went to work. Turns out both the A/C drain and the overflow drain were clogged with algae. He even took the time to show my son how he fixed it and what to do to keep it from happening again. Super!!
