"I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction."

"I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

"Jose responded quickly to the inquiry and scheduled a time to come out and look at what we need, We had to replace siding on our garage and parts of the house, then paint and install gutters, All work was done as described in the contract, The crew arrived each day on time and did high quality work. During the work they uncovered some hidden damage which they brought to our attention. We opted to have them make this repair as well which they did for a very nominal extra cost. I would highly recommend this company for any painting, siding, roofing and gutter work. They were not the least expensive estimate we received but they were the most professional and we had no complaints with their work."

"Satisfied overall, but main grudge is that when fixing a hole in a six foot piece of siding they cut out a two foot section and replaced it instead of replacing the whole six foot piece."
