"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? "Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."

"I worked with NJN Roofing and Construction to get my roof replaced. Prior to needing my entire roof replaced, I called NJN out to conduct repairs on 2 or 3 different occasions due to leaks in my roof caused by different storms blowing shingles off. Adrian with NJN came out in the middle of a storm to get my leak stopped. When it came time to actually replace my roof Adrian was a huge help. After I submitted my claim with insurance, he handled everything from that point on. It was a very smooth and easy process. "Extremely responsive and professional. I had a minor leak with one of my roof vents. Called on Saturday, they did the inspection on Monday and the repair on Tuesday. Only item was when asked about guarantees, it seems their work doesn't have one (or at least that's what they told my wife). Other than that, would call them back in a heartbeat.
