"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. I had 5 different contractors come out and give me a quote for the fire pit patio I wanted done. These are the reasons I chose exodus over all of them.

1) Price. I asked for several different quotes because I must admit I came into this project having zero idea of what the cost would be. I had some low quotes that made me question the quality I would get, and I had some high quotes that made me question if the company mistook my address for one in Beverly Hills. Exodus quoted me a price I felt was reasonable and most of all, affordable.

2) Customer Service. Al, the OWNER of the company, was the representative who came to my house, took measurements, and spoke to me about what I wanted from the project. He had a readily available portfolio to show his companies capabilities as well as bounce ideas off each other to find exactly what we were looking for. Our consultation with Al did not feel rushed, he answered all of our questions, and really made us feel at ease with our decision to go with Exodus. He was even able to get us a lower price on pavers (instead of concrete slab that we were initially interested in) and he passed the savings on to us. We signed a contract to do the work the same day we met him!

3) Communication. Al provided me with his personal cell phone should I Have any questions or need to touch bases. His office representative, Desire, was very friendly and easy to speak with.

In the end I am so happy to have made the choice to go with Exodus. Their construction workers were very respectful, punctual, and did quality work in such a short time. The whole experience was second to none, I've already referred Exodus to a friend and my own family is going to contact them in the future for any construction needs."

"They quoted me a reasonable price and gave me references with pictures to check out. They were always early, both for the estimate appointment and for scheduleld work days. The driveway is beautiful and the color (San Diego Buff) is a nice accent to the house. Done in two working days and they cleaned up after themselves like they'd never been here. I would use them for any concrete work and I would recommend them to friends and family."

"I signed up for Clean Krete's AL special-- $99 for $300 worth of work and then contacted Clean Krete.  I spoke with Brandy-- she was charming-- and arranged for a visit and estimate.  I specifically asked for two estimates-- one just to repair concrete cracks and the other to repair the cracks and stain the concrete.  They arrived on the day they were suppose to and later that week provided an estimate of $3100 for repair and staining.  I then sent them two emails and left two phone messages over the next week specifically asking for the repair estimate only.  I never received a response and it has been several weeks.  Meanwhile, the $3100 charge is way above other estimates I have obtained.  Since the provider is non responsive and other reviews tell a similar story, I would like a refund on my $99.
