"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"After finding Ash Interiors on Angie's list, I called Justin to get a quote on some custom shelving and a window seat. Justin came out the next morning and talked over the scope of the work and the details of the job. He also provided some photos of some recent shelf work that he had done. It looked like really nice work with attention to craftsman woodworking detail. Justin provided me a quote for the window seat and the shelves. A few weeks later, we called Justin and scheduled the work. The window seat was solidly built with attention to detail. They cleaned up  after the job and left no trash. My wife loves it. He will be building our shelves soon."
