We find you the cheapest products that you want to use,then we give you a bottom line price which includes our price and the ampunt that the product will cost you, or we can break it down for you. I have up to 4 people depending on your project size. Although no project is too small or too large I only perform on projects based on our experience and qualifications. Normal payment terms with signed contract are 50% down and balance due on completion. I can supply all materials or as an option use the materials you have purchased.
