"Not very well. The cost and budget for the project was agreed upon prior to the hiring Ideal. There was not enough time was alloted for the project.. I had to be out there the entire time; if not it would have been worst. 1) All areas to be Weed Whacked were not done. A Banana Tree and Hibiscus shrub were lost during the whacking. 2) The tree limbs on one tree were cut back farther than requested creating/ leaving excess logs, tree limbs and debris at my home which defeats the purpose of cleaning my yard. The tree on the side of the house with the limb hovering over the roof , .the main limb that we discussed and agreed would be removed was not.. I had to move some of the smaller limbs cut from the side of the house. The issue that I have is the contractor created more debris by not following my instruction/ wishes. Although he hauled away some of the logs and debris, I now have allot of debris that I now have to pay someone to haul off my property. If the project had been done as I asked. The debris could have been cut up and taken away by the county. The Pieces left behind were not cut up small enough to do so. I expressed my concerns, Ideal was to come back the following day with a bigger truck to remove the debris for $100. This was a week ago. I don't feel that I should pay to remove debris that would be non-exsistent if he had followed my wishes. They bagged yard waste in black plastic bags that coukd have been put in the paper bags and hauled away by the county. They were planning to leave my home with piles of yard waste left throughout the yard."

"Johnson's Painting is my hero. I called and he responded in 10 mins. I had previously called on another plumbing service a week prior and they did a horrible job not to mention their price was outrageous. Less than a week later, I began having the same problem of toilet backing up into the shower so I called on Don Johnson. He sent over his crew and they completed the job. Then a couple of days later Don return and put in a clean out valve on the outside free of charge. He is a honest, fair and very professional service. I would definitely hire him again for any home repair job. He and his crew are definitely top of the chart."

Cedric was professional and amiable from the start. He was very clear with what he could provide up front and all estimates were provided and adhered to. There were never any extras that were 'forgotten' or tacked on. The work was scheduled and done in a very timely manner and DEFINITELY seems to have fixed some major issues we were having. Cedric was also very gracious and conscientious about returning to complete work that could not be completed originally or that was discovered after or created by the original work done. I have no reason to believe that the repairs will hold for the foreseeable future. We plan to use Roberts Flooring and More for future work that has already been discussed, and I will definitely refer Cedric and his work to family and friends who ask about great work at a reasonable price.
