"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "Got approx. quote over telephone on Tuesday. Based on my measurement of 481 sq ft he said cost would be between $250 and $295. That seemed reasonable so I scheduled work for Thursday afternoon (two days later). He was 10 minutes early for 4PM appt. I had already cleared most of the furniture from the area, but he and I together moved the few remaining heavier items. He put paper down to protect the wood floor he needed to cross with his machines and hoses. 15 minutes to set up, then about 1hr 45 minutes of cleaning, and a few minutes to hand clean one rust-stained tile. After inspection by me, my approval, we moved furniture back. (Floor was already dry because of the nature of his machine plus A/C and fan on). Paid David his charge of $275.
Floor looks great. I'll probably repeat with him annually.

They refinished my wood floors through the whole house, moved the furniture out AND moved it back in for me. I couldn't be more pleased. While doing this job we also discussed my brick flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. They did those floors as well and they haven't looked this good since we moved in 20 years ago! After that, they resealed all of my granite counter tops and they also look new. What a great company! Edward and Oz were please to deal with and kept me informed all along the way.
