This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. We were extremely pleased with the contractors timely and professional work. Detailed time was taken to assure that our needs & association requirements were met. All work (including dumpster placement & removal) was completed in one day. We highly recommend that Keven Hall of Inspired Exteriors be contacted by homeowners when considering the replacement of their roof. "Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! This was a great experience with Home Run roofing from start to finish. I will be working with them again to replace my windows for sure! The roof is beautiful!"

Ron was a pleasure to work with and provided me with above and beyond explanations to my answers throughout the entire process. The project was unique and had many layers of difficulty but Ron was able to address all of the areas of concern. High quality materials were used in the project and Ron's quote beat other competitors who used material of sub-par grade. Overall the project took about a week and the crew did a good job considering the scale of work to be done. Communication was excellent considering I would text Ron multiple times a day leading up to/during the project and responses were always quick and informative. Throughout the entire process I never felt 'out of the loop' of what was going on and Ron would either call or text me with any small 'issues' that would arise so that we could both agree on a solution. Overall, top-tier materials and warranty for mid-tier pricing, you can't beat that. If you're looking for a genuine contractor that will look out for your needs and take care of you throughout the entire process then look no further, you won't regret hiring Keystone."

"I met with and recieved three quotes for this job. I usually go with the middle quote, but from this experience, Seamless Gutters came in at the lowest extimate by (I believe) $200. Their professionalism was top notch. They were very punctual. Very considerate. This job went without any issues. All work was done within specified timeframe. It's now ~4 years later and the work is still good. I've had no gutter issues.
The only negative (which I'm not sure it is, or maybe I should have said something) But the cutters on the 2nd floor roofing cut off and don't go directly into the water catching gutters. I was told that this could create more wear and tear on my roof? Again, not sure as I've had no issues. But the work itself is stable and strong and does the job.

There was good communication which included a couple of contract revisions at my request. Workers were punctual and left site totally clean. There was about a month delay between signing the contract and the actual work; this is simply a reality of contractors needing to book themselves in advance to keep a steady income stream."
