Even though it was originally to be a one day job, it was so windy on the installation day they had to leave but came back at 7:00 AM the next day to finish the job. Internet searches led me to contact APR Roofers and its Dave Miller, who got someone (Jose) to look at the roof within a few days, even during a week this October of storms that had everyone looking for help. Jose found what he believed was the problem (a subtle one, involving a barrier under the adjoining pitched shingled roof), got back to it promptly before the next rain, patched anything else that looked questionable, and now after some 45 hours of steady rain, no leak! Assuming it's fixed, even for wind-driven rain, we're delighted with APR. Communication was great, Jose is a skilled, personable worker, and Dave even called to ask if the leak was fixed, though with this type of repair (rather than new roof) there's no guarantee. Price seemed fair enough for the nature of the problem, skills, bonded workmen, materials, and need to have it done quickly."
