"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs. "

My roof didn't need replacement, yet rainwater was leaking in my LR. Justin was able to troubleshoot & seal several points on the chimney allowing leaking - stopping the problem. After another Angie's List contractor told me my next project couldn't be done because of joist spacing; KBS came to the rescue. My HVAC unit access was in the ceiling of my BR closet. KBS cleverly saw a way to get access constructed in the adjacent hallway ceiling. The framing blends in perfectly with the other molding. KBS does an excellent job of cleaning up other contractors' messes. After another contractor overcharged me for an incomplete basement drywall demo, mold remediation and poorly done French drain rehab, KBS: located & remediated mold in in another section and improved the water drainage. We're already planning future projects for KBS. "

He is able to install many things, curtain rods, ceiling shower rods, heavy mirrors, heavy art work, and now is tackling adding wire rack shelves in our closets. Next up some Ikea cabinets in our laundry, and painting our garage. His prices are up front and very reasonable. He is licensed and insured. We feel he is quite a gem to have found!
