"Fence products were great—problem was they installed in the rain and we’re in a hurry, that ment shoots work dirt left piled up at bottom of fence they said “ I didn’t pay for removal of the dirt”, they (office personnel—Kerry-) I would of paid that second I have concrete/cement on my fence that I have been trying to remove no luck—I have called office a number of times and left messages and still no reply—they take your money but don’t take responsibility. My neighbors post on our neighborhood site about needing someone to install fencing and I tell them stay away from Imperial—very disappointed with them and will let Home Depot know today since I went through them for the job. I have given Imperial enough time to contact me about this issue (6 weeks) I’m done.."

"With the weather this summer, the project was delayed by several weeks.  Once they started, the job went quickly.  The installer put up the posts on a Friday and installed the rest of the fence on the following Wednesday.  After reviewing the installation, I noticed that the fence was very close to the ground, so they came out the next day and cut the bottoms of the boards to be above the grass height.  Overall they did a great job.  My only complaint is that it was sometimes hard to get a hold of them to see how far out they were in getting the job started. <br />"

"Robert installed an underground electric fence for our two dogs. The line was buried, and crossed the driveway via the concrete crack; which was neatly caulked. Installation of the electrical box was into the garage. The wire running into the garage through the wall was in conduit, and the installation very neat. "Sent initial inquiry through Angie's List email on Oct 16 and received response on Oct 18. Appointment made for Oct 22 with Brad Martin. When he arrived, Brad immediately took off his shoes (respecting our bamboo floors). He was courteous and efficient as he measured for the work to be done. Quote received by Oct 28. Insurance information and references provided same day. Sarah and Elden Foltz were both very helpful in expediting our requests for information. Oct 28: new kitchen countertop installed (by another contractor) and appliances purchased. Originally the countertop installation was supposed to be mid-November. Therefore, the remainder of the work needed to be bumped up to an earlier date. We appreciated Brad's ability to accommodate this earlier schedule. Nov 4, 5, 8, 9: Brad carefully covered our floors and protected the new countertops before beginning the work. He did the cutting under our carport and kept the mess in the house down to a minimum, as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. Putting up the paneling involved piecing around a window, cabinets, and doorways with very little full wall space - alot of intricate measuring and fitting. We are very pleased with the work that Brad did in the kitchen and hallway."
