I had several questions and concerns and Bill did a great job responding to all of my messages. We also had to re-schedule our job date and time, Bill had no problems re-scheduling our appointment.
On the morning of the job, Bill was on time and ready to go. I gave him the materials I had prepared and he got right to work. The job went as well as can be expected.
