Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."

"The team arrived and stayed until the work was completed. Because this was a considerable amount of work, the team did not finish until 10:00 pm. The tub had to cure for more than 24 hours before the shower doors could be installed. Again, the crew stayed until the work was completed. The next day my wife checked the anti-slip surface and felt it to be too rough. The owner came that day and smoothed the surface to the satisfaction of my wife.
