"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"I worked with James and he was fantastic to work with. We submitted my claim to insurance company and they denied it but James knew what to do next. We submitted and appraisal and my roof was covered. James is super nice and helpful. He would answer all my questions even if at crazy times of the day. My roof looks great with Owens Corning dimension shingles which James helped me pick out. I would high recommend them for your roofing needs."

"Excellent service. They did a great repair job on my roof. No longer leaks!"

"Indy Rooftops were fantastic through the entire process of replacing my roof, skylight, gutters and refacing my chimney. The were professional, transparent, friendly and produced a great finished product. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to go through that headache. I will be using them for all of my projects going forward. Good people and great work."

"These guys did an amazing job replacing my roof and skylights!! They did it all in 1 day. They came recommended my 3 people I know and I’m another happy customer. Their clean up was spot on and how they took care not to mess up the landscaping around the house was awesome☺️ We highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!"

"I had several estimates. Cornett was much less than the others. They did an exactly job and we love our metal roof!"

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! They have so many options at great prices! If you need help repairing or updating the look of your home, you HAVE to give them a call! Thank you Blue Ladder!!!"

"Storm damage on our roof 2x this season and Warren Masonry handled it again! Great leadership with a dependable crew that cleans up after themselves and your property when they leave. Fairly priced with great communication and customer service. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!"

"Great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof."

"After seeing the Big Deal for a new roof in my email, I contacted JPR and asked for an estimate to see how much overage my house would be, due to size and the steepness of the roof.  Joe came to our house the following day and was wonderful in speaking with us about the possibilities.  We had him include in the estimate, not only the new roof, but also a new guttering system around our entire house.  The estimate he gave was very reasonable.
Joe arranged with us a time to begin work on our home.  When the crew arrived, they got straight to work.  There were several people working on our house and arrangements had already been made with the City of Lawrence for an inspector to come, once the roofing was removed, to check the decking, as indicated by the permit.  Only a few pieces of decking were needed, which they quickly replaced and continued installing the new roof.

In the end, the roof looks fabulous, the guttering has already proven itself with the first storm and we are very glad we used JPR.  I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future for other needs.  I would recommend them to others.
