"WOW!!!!! This crew did some of the most exceptional work, I’ve seen in Columbus. I would hire again, 100 times over. If you are looking to get a driveway, sidewalk, steps, porch etc, or even basement work completed. This is the crew to call! My husband and I had a driveway completed with stamping, and design. I am over the moon. My house looks like a completely different house after they left. Clean, and precise. I could rant and rave all day."

"I couldn’t have asked for a Better job done on our driveway. We referred through a mutual friend after having someone come out and botch our driveway. Not many people want to fix someone’s awful mistake but he did head on. My overall experience with communication, the work provided was amazing."

"We had three companies out and two of them only wanted to sell me more than I needed and only seemed to care about the sale. Buckeye was only one with no high pressure and seemed to care and understand our situation. This is a rental property and didn't want to cause any problems for tennants. The guys working on basement were very prompt and did work quickly and very clean and neat. They even went a step beyond and did some extra work that they was needed and did not charge me anymore money. We are so happy we our decision and no we made the right choice.

"Everything really good. The workmen were on time, nice respectful. I Almost forgot to put my vehicle on the street and they reminded me before they got started. They were very careful around my plants and cleaned up after the job was done. I’m very satisfied with the end result, my old driveway was damaged from using salt in the winter."

"I was having a hard time trying to locate a company that could remove and dispose of old appliances and furniture that I needed to get rid of at a reasonable price. When I was recommended to Of Service Courier and Services by a friend, I was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism. I will definitely use them again in the future."

"Very professional job. Top notch service and work ethic. Could never tell we had the ceiling repaired and the painting was perfect. I don't want to go on because I need them to come back to my house to paint the whole first floor and afraid they might become to busy. When you use them you will be as happy as I am."

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in Thornville, OH

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
