Raised the back fence 1.5 feet and installed a gate. Mar/April - Kitchen remodel – Removed an L shape wall, bar, power and lighting. Reinforced subfloor joist and replaced damaged subflooring. Placed an Island (78.7 x 40.6) with water, plumbing and power. Framed butler pantry, sheetrock, mud and taped with lighting. Hung pendulum lights and ceiling fan. Relocated the refrigerator and water. Framed cabinets, sheetrock, mud, and taped above the refrigerator. July – Folding patio doors (151 x 80), remove sliding doors and install.
