"Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch.  He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning.   He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day.  He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning.  They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims.  Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway.  Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results.  I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know.  With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered.  Excellent communication from Mr. Wise beginning with my first email to the company for a bid through the completion of the job!

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Way better than I hoped for. I have had other concrete work done in the past that was not well done. Brush Country staff and crew were fantastic. Shelton Posey, owner and project manager kept me informed, oversighted the crew personally and kept every promise he made regarding timing, framing, pouring and cleanup. The whole job was completed on time and perfectly. He and his wife personally came by the day after the job was completed and did the final cleanup and touch up. I can't imagine any other concrete specialist doing a better job. So worth the money. You get what you pay for. Brush Country more than provides what they promise, Professional, courteous, reliable. "It took the crew a longer than expected to break and remove the concrete driveway, but that was to be expected because it had been there a very long time so the concrete was extremely hard.  The concrete supplier postponed delivery by a week so Mr. Cantu found another supplier and completed the driveway within the desired timeline."
