I highly recommend keeping up with their yearly warranty. It's affordable and doesn't go up yearly like I've heard other companies do. We had to have them out recently when our drainage system got clogged and they stood by the warranty and provided friendly and fast service with no additional hidden costs."

"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. "The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous.
