"We paid $10,000 for our crawlspace to be encapsulated in 2023. The dehumidifier they installed in 2023 quit working in 2024 after the one year warranty expired and I had to pay $1,000 to have another one installed. March 2025 the dehumidifier quit again. I called and they sent a technician out here and he said the company no longer uses those dehumidifiers. He inferred that they are of substandard quality and if I purchased another it would be quite expensive. He checked the dehumidifier and said my electrical outlet had switched it off. So, I paid an electrician to replace the outlet with one that doesn't automatically switch off. The dehumidifier continued to quit working. So, I asked an HVAC company to come and check it out. He said the dehumidifier is fills with water and cuts off because it isn't draining properly. He emptied it out and said it hadn't been correctly installed. I had another company install one and they replaced the worn out door to the space with a good one"

"On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. "Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. "Crawlspace Medic - Augusta recently worked on our crawlspace. We were having moisture and water issues, a moisture barrier we previously put in had almost disintegrated, and originally-installed insulation was falling down. Kevin did a thorough inspection and gave me a comprehensive estimate, and his crew arrived timely and went right to work. They constructed a French drain within the crawlspace to drain off any water that would collect under the house, installed new insulation between all floor joists in the crawlspace, and installed a new, white 10-mil vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace. They taped over the seams and spiked the vapor barrier. We had previously installed an exhaust fan. They cleaned up the debris, and the crawlspace looks better than it ever has since we built our home in 1996. They worked continuously and did an excellent job. Tanner was very conscientious and came back to finish up. We are very pleased with the work they did on our home and feel so much better and secure about our crawlspace."

"Stair runner was installed crooked and nails poking thru carpet. I have been trying to get it fixed for 6 months. Do not sign anything they give you unless you are 100% satisfied and you have read the paperwork. The second crew that came out to look at the issue tried to get me to sign a form. They said "it just says that we came out". That is not what it said. It said that the problem was fixed and that there are no more issues. They show up and say they will come back, then they don't come back. They took the remnant of my carpet to bind and "fix" the problem when they come back. Then, they didn't come back. And after each time they don't show or show and don't fix it, I get a text asking if I'm satisfied. Each time, we call and say we are not satisfied. There is no end to this experience. I am going for a full refund from Home Depot and asking them never to use this company again."
