"Andrew, my sales rep, was extremely helpful when the luxury vinyl flooring we had selected was unexpectedly discontinued by the manufacturer (not Refloor) just before our installation date. He and Eddie immediately got new samples for us to choose from, allowing us to keep our original installation date. Our installation team, Sarkis and Felipe, were efficient, professional, and FAST! They did a fantastic job installing the flooring in our bedroom and bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone we worked with was friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure we were happy with our experience. We highly recommend Refloor and would definitely use them again!"

"Empire did a good job installing my laminate floors. Definitely expensive and they were unable to do my staircase. I would liked to have known that before choosing their company. Will know for next time."

"Very pleased with the quality of the kitchen cabinet installation. Company we contacted with for counter tops also commented on the quality of their work. Customer service was excellent. They arrived as scheduled and quickly responded to messages. Work was done well and on time."

"Did the demo in a bedroom. Plaster on brick. Nasty stuff. He removed it all and cleaned it all in a day. Organized my baseboards and was very polite."

"Mark and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We installed white oak hardwood flooring throughout our entire first floor. They were stained and finished on site, and Mark and his team completed the project in a very timely manner. They arrived on time each morning, were very clean and friendly, and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. They took measure to never leave the house dusty when they were done for the day, and put multiple stain choices down for us when we were having trouble picking a color. We received multiple bids before starting the project, and Quality Wood Flooring was very competitive and fairly priced. We are thrilled with the results, and highly recommend Mark and Quality Wood Flooring for any of your hardwood needs."

"I love the type of flooring he recommended and installed it flawlessly. I will hire again for future flooring and tile projects."

"Randy is a virtual artist. He was able to repair a floor we were certain needed replacing, and sculpted a piece to fit the blemished area. He was professional and friendly, and worked quickly, cleaning up his mess as he went along. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of flooring assistance."

"Work was not completed to satisfaction. I felt like I got the "rope-a-dope" treatment by Choice Home Warranty and their service provider. The technician left a mess (caused the toilet to overflow and left the water on the floor and in the toilet bowl and did not tell us); my son and I had to spend a good bit of time cleaning up after the technician. This should be unacceptable!!!"
