Since then, I have hired them to clean some roofs, another time to remove a chimney that was no longer needed (replacing the area with roofing), and still another time to re-flash a chimney where leaking had occurred. I would rate their work "A" for all jobs. Fidel Quintana is meticulous about his work and uses only high quality materials. He is especially knowledgeable about installing chimney flashing. The service was quoted at $158, which is what they charged. The additional charge was for a part that needed replacing. The serviceman was professional, polite and knowledgable. I will use them again in the future for duct cleaning and future furnace services."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "The work went great. We have waited 3 weeks to even have an electrician contact us, but Greg with Robben's came out the day we called for an estimate. They have great contacts with the gas company and a gas line to the house was installed within a few days. The work was completed within 2 weeks of the initial quote. We had great service and couldn't even tell that any workman had been in our house. Greg came out to make sure we knew how the controls on the heat pump worked after it was installed. There was a minor problem on the water heater not because of the equipment installed but because of the restrictors to several facets didn't provide enough water pressure. Again, when we called they were there within an hour. The price was reasonable and the workmanship excellent."
