"A sewer line broke and spilled gray water into the crawl space. We called ARC to come out and they responded lightning fast. The crew showed up with the pump truck and they spent the day pumping out the area so the plumbers could make the repairs. The two technicians cleaned the entire area and made it like new again. It was a messy dirty job but they Powered through it with a great attitude. The follow up from the lead project engineer went well and everything was communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Advanced Recovery Corp!!"

"My experience with David Parsons from Clearwater was very positive. We needed troubleshooting for a low flow well pump. The job turned out to be more complex than originally predicted taking several days instead of one. David's staff stayed late each night and worked on the weekend to get the water restored. We were given adequate feedback at each stage of the repair. Ultimately the job required difficult extraction of the well pipe and replacement of the well pump, pipe and wires. David was very professional and honest in fixing my well and charging me appropriately. I give Clearwater pump service my highest recommendation."

"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and CEC was the first company to call me back immediately. I told them we had two little kids and no heat and with the cold temperatures, I’m sure they were very busy. They rearranged schedules and had someone at our house by 8am! They fixed the furnace, replaced the igniter and we had heat by 9am! The staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Tillamook, OR

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
