"The gentlemen was very knowledgeable because these were units they installed and they knew any of the things to watch out for and were very thorough in their cleaning and also explained everything to me in fairly clear terminology. On the other hadn't they do pride themselves on providing a very complete service, so I can see them potentially lowering their price a bit, but not something I would really ding them for."
