Also I called about the door going into the bathroom not shutting after the installation was done and your service Mgr was very short with me. He told me that I was calling his cell phone and that it was a Saturday. I am sorry but if I just spent almost 18k on a service he should be a little more professional."

Chris is very courteous and responsive in giving estimates and scheduling appointments. Most recently Paul came out with Josh to fix the plumbing problems and they were both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They changed shoes so my floors stayed clean, and they cleaned up the work areas thoroughly, even though I said I could do it. Chris's guys almost always get things right the first time, as in this instance. However, on the rare occasion when a problem cropped up, they came back and fixed it, no questions asked and no bill submitted. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and no, I am not Chris's mother!
