"Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the owner Nick liked to speak with the customers himself. He would be in touch with me about my project and scheduling. Sure enough, Nick called me back within a few minutes. He could not have been nicer and more understanding of the situation. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "Our washer drains into a sink that was clogged. Rita the scheduler was responsive and helpful. Our tech showed up on timed. He was thorough and walked me through his work when he was finished. He even gave me a few easy fixes to prevent the clog moving forward. Very happy with their service."

"This review is long overdue! This was our first remodel project and Charles made it painless for us. Not only did Charles do an amazing job with our remodel and our beautiful new bathroom, he communicated with me to make sure I knew when he'd be there, and showed up when he said he would. "Technician listened to my concerns about each faucet, and he explained what needed to be done to each faucet to get them to work properly and satisfy code purposes. One of the faucets required cutting into an inside wall to access the pipes for the spigot. The technician did a great, clean cut measuring about 10" square in the inside wall, and I could see his work on the pipes in the wall cavity. The cut was very easy for us to patch and paint. The second spigot was easy for him to replace. The third spigot will not be as easy as the technician needs to research the appropriate replacement spigot then return a second time to finish the job. Payment of $360 is only for 2 repaired spigots and does not include work for the 3rd to be repaired."

"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use All County again and recommend them .

"These guys are great. They stayed in touch, were on time, made minimal cuts in the drywall (made sure they were behind the microwave hood area and range. They stayed in touch with city inspectors and coordinated visits. In fact, the inspector signed off on the permit after installation without requiring a second inspection with the appliance hooked up and running, because, he said, I've seen these guys' work before and they are top notch. Everything was smooth and easy. And the bid was the bill. No surprises and that is a blessing in any remodeling project. Highly recommend."

"Walt was punctual, versatile and professional (and his wife, who works with him, was very personable and a great addition to the process.) My blinds had been taken down for some work on the windows and I needed them reinstalled. The mini blinds are about 20 years old and a bit fragile, but they went up just fine! Since I needed that job done, I included 2 other jobs that had been on my wish list for quite a while. One was a ceiling fan which from the time of installation has wobbled at high speeds. He balanced it and no more wobble! The other was a gate that has become increasingly difficult to open. He diagnosed a problem with the handle and they went to Home Depot (after checking with me) and picked up a nice new handle. After installation, there is no problem with the gate and it has a nice lock feature. I was very pleased with the work."
