"Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."

"Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."

"It went very well. Ken was always reachable. Since my siding was being replaced first, he fit me into his schedule based on the siding contractor's estimated date, then kept in contact with me to firm it up. His crew was careful about the pressurewash step, avoiding direct spray of the windows, and wound up doing some hand-cleaning on the day of the paint job. The job was complete in one day because he had a large crew. Ken sent out one of his painters a week later to address a few concerns (we walked thru the concerns and the painter answered all my questions and we agreed on what he would do). What also impressed me was that Ken actually sent out the painter again when my exterminator accidentally sprayed on an area with fresh paint. Technically, it was not Ken's problem, but I think his response to this incident demonstrates his integrity and professionalism."

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."
