"We are very happy with how this job went and the quality of the work. From bid to invoice, Sean was prompt and professional in all communications. The repair required that a section of shingles be removed so matching the new shingles to the existing shingles on the 8-year-old roof was a concern. The match is so close that it is nearly impossible to tell the new from the existing shingles. The shingle match, alignment of the new gable rafter with the existing gable rafter at the top, and paint job on the new wood gave us the quality results we were hoping for. We would definitely use this company again."

"WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about! We cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again when the time comes to replace our doors, redo our deck, and install some fencing! Thank you JLV!!!!"

"Redbird Roofing was great to work with. They have excellent communications in scheduling (and rescheduling) work. They are reasonably priced and Taylor did an excellent job repairing my roof. I'd highly recommend working with them."

"The crew worked hard and long hours. They are very skilled with roof repair and metal roof install. Super friendly crew and owner! We love the 24 gauge metal. The first rain with the new roof was so much quieter than before!"

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. My family is looking forward to having Aylwin do a full replacement this year or next with a full Tesla Roof. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Over the past 20 years, as an owner of one of Portland’s larger boutique industrial real estate firms, I have recommended Aylwin Construction to my biggest and best real estate investors. Making a poor recommendation would reflect poorly on me and my company. I have recommended Aylwin Construction to friends with structurally difficult Mid-Century solid deck roofs, large REIT buildings throughout Oregon and Washington, medium Family-owned apartments, and my own family members for roof cleaning, on Mt. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. "Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"We had a leaking roof. Called All Roofing Eagle in the AM and someone showed up 4 hours later to fix the problem."
