They were able to send someone for same-day diagnostics and even suggested starting the repair within two business days — which is extremely rare. "The technician who came out Sharma did not do a proper diagnosis of the issue with our washer. He was in and out on the first visit in 20 minutes saying that he knew exactly what the problem was. He later tried to blame me for not telling him what the error codes were as the reason for him not fixing the problem. He came back in a couple of days to unclog the drainage system from the machine leaving the machine off balance and rocking and the rubber seal out of place resulting in water leaking from the machine. He was the absolute worst repairman I have ever encountered. They should be offering me a refund for such poor service. I had to go behind him to reattach the seal around the door and rebalance the machine he left rocking."

"I had very bad experience with Alliance Repair. The technician was here two times did not find out what is not working properly with the refrigerator and did not fix the problem at all. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

He arrived in a timely fashion, and did an excellent job. He was very tidy during the repair process and made sure everything was cleaned and back in its place when he left. I would definitely recommend him for upholstered furniture repair. He did an excellent job."
