When I called his number, he immediately sprang into action. He put a temporary patch on my roof and attached a live trap to a location the raccoons were using as an exit. This is all before we even talked about a price. I asked him why he would do this and he said he wanted to make sure my home wasn’t damaged further, regardless if I chose his company or not. No other company that came out to bid cared enough to do that for me. I was worried about how much a repair like this was going to cost. Cory said he’d be with me every step of the way with the insurance adjusters. He was true to his word. He was there a half hour before the inspector arrived and he went with him as he assessed the damage. Long story short, because of Cory. I got a brand new roof, old insulation removed, new insulation installed, soffits repaired. Everything repaired professionally and it looks great. I even have a higher R value insulation than I had previously, so it’s cut down on our heating and cooling costs. It was a big job, it took a week. Cory visited with me several times along the way and he was always available by phone and text. He really treated us fantastic. I would 100% hire Cory and his team again.
