"Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled.  He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age.  There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work.  He then replace an outdoor water faucet.  I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced.

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. "The paint job was good, also they did a remodel of the drywall in the kitchen which was good. The floor tiles, however, they started out well in the hallway and then in the living room the tiles were so uneven I had to ask them to redo many of them. The cement had already dried and tiles had to be broken to be replaced. And still, my whole living room tiles are uneven. There is no repairing this stuff. I don't know what happened if they had to hurry the job and did not take good care, but I am now stuck with uneven floor tiles in the living room. This was a few years ago and they may have improved since then but I thought I would share my experience as I am still walking on the uneven tiles every day to this day. You will ask why I submit this review so late, I cancelled my Angie's list membership after this job and only now I see I can log in for free and submit the review."

"First of all he arrived on time, he was very polite and helpful. He was called because my a/c was leaking, when he started to work on my a/c he was very helpful explaining the reason as why it was leaking it's because it was clugged than he proceed to clean it. He also replaced 2 sink faucets and provided to help with a new plumbing drainer because the ones we had were in bad condition , than he changed all my door knobs in no time. He was very efficient and fair priced."
