We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). Glenn honored the original estimate (slight increase in price do to increased costs of shingles) and we went ahead and hired him and his staff. He originally thought our project would take about four days to complete. The crews showed up each day, worked about 10 hours a day, and had our roof completed in three days. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. He discovered that our problem was connected to the air conditioner?not the roof. I would definitely use this company for future roofing problems."

Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again!
