"Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. "Immediate response. The person who called me to setup the appointment was difficult to understand. I thought he quote $70 for the repair which seemed reasonable. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable. The appliance was repaired, but the bill was $160. Was probably a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, but was definitely a surprise. Overall I m happy with the service."
