"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Called on Thursday and roof repair was completed by Monday.. Great Job"

"Steve from Smart Roofing Systems was amazing! As soon as I submitted my request he gave me a call with pricing and scheduled an immediate appointment. He knew immediately what the cause of the roof leak was. He is extremely knowledgeable about roofs and gutters. His prices are fair and his service was very timely. He definitely saved me from a major disaster. Within two days of his repair to my roof we we had two major storms. Half of my home would have been flooded! Many, many thanks to Steve Gubera from Smart Roofing Systems!!!!"

"Great job! Prompt! Willing to come out and do the job next day. Will call them again"

"Pablo and his crew know what they're doing. Our standing-seam metal roof looks great! They showed up on-time every day, worked hard, fixed problems that were discovered and left us with a beautiful roof. It was obvious from their bids that many other roofing contractors didn't really want to install metal. Ontop gave us a fair quote - and backed it up with great workmanship."

"They guys left two bags of leaves one on roof and one in yard (not a big deal) but I thought you guy should know and my tops measure was missing. District MGM came all the down from see to check. I'm impressed at the effort to make it right."
