Albert was very knowledgeable and had a great selection of floors and countertops on display to show me. We ended up having hardwood flooring installed in the whole house, quartz countertops installed in our kitchen, and granite countertops installed in both our bathrooms. Albert managed the entire project from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His installers were great and I was surprised by how fast they were able to put the floors and countertops in. My home looks amazing and I will definitely be using Floors Galore for any future renovations."

"Z Flooring just installed 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring (stone polymer composite) in my high rise condo. All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. "Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased and happy with the amazing work completed on our house from Houston Custom Carpets."

"Julie was VERY prompt in coming to our home to give us an estimate. She brought ceramic tile for us to choose from and we really liked one of the samples. We had spare hardwood to use in the family room area. Alex, our installer, called every day he came out to tell us exactly when he would arrive. He worked efficiently and did a beautiful install on both the ceramic tile and the hardwood. Alex also removed and reinstalled the vanity and toilet. We are very pleased with the finished job."

"Floors turns out wonderfully! It took 6 days and then they were completely done. We got a POD as they requested all surfaces be cleaned off. They moved the furniture around. I do believe it would’ve been easier and less time consuming if we had placed our large furniture in storage as well and then not stay in the home. Get an Airbnb or hotel room. Someone does need to stay on property while they were working. Overall, very pleased with the work and experience with Express Flooring!"

"I hired Ready Floors to do a complete bathroom remodel of my upstairs master bath. The quality of the work was exceptional! All the crews were professional and clean. They tore out a stand-alone shower and oversized tub then converted the space into a huge shower. This was not one of those 1-day acrylic jobs. They used excellent materials from Hardiebacker, RedGard, Italian porcelain tiles, and a frameless glass door. We had them install a new toilet and recessed lights. Quartz for the vanity countertop, shower threshold, niches, and shower seats. They painted the ceiling, walls, doors and existing cabinets. Installed new baseboards, mirrors, faucets, and a vanity light. I highly recommend Ready Floors and plan to hire them for a remodel of my other bathroom."
