"Z Flooring just installed 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring (stone polymer composite) in my high rise condo. All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. My floors and baseboards look great and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. The team worked very fast, too! Would definitely use him again if I have a need in the future."

"Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased and happy with the amazing work completed on our house from Houston Custom Carpets."

"My Account Representative, Francisco Alonso visited with my family on short notice ... as I was in need of new carpet, for the upcoming holiday season. He provided the necessary quotes, which I reviewed, along with other competing bids. Within a few days I made a final decision, to award the job to Carpet Giant. They were not the most cost effective, but certainly affordable, most definitely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. This was a few years ago and my carpet is still beautiful and plush. There’s no question that I will reach out to Francisco Alonso again, when it’s time to entertain new flooring for my home. "Gayle Floors wowed us with a bunch of great options that were within our budget. They got the work scheduled quickly, and the crew worked efficiently to install the floors (both carpet and LVT). The caulking around the baseboards is really clean and well-done. Communication was great — at first—but fell off a bit after the sale. English was a challenge for the crew. We discovered a problem with a sliding bookshelf unit that they needed to address, but they came back and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Gayle Floors to anyone, but you may have to stay on top of them if you have any issues after the install. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. I'd give them 5 stars, but the inconsistent communications post-sale drag their rating down a wee bit."
