Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected. The workers did a quality job despite working in 100 degrees weather, ensured the roof had straight lines and even fixed problems in the attic caused by previous roofers we hired for repairs after Harvey. They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. I worked with few roofing contractors in the past 4 years trying to get approval from insurance and hire them to replace the roof. "Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."

"In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had.
