Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "Joshua arrived and I gave him my long list . He breezed through it. He assembled a shelf and attached it to the wall. Hung 2 jersey display boxes. And hung 2 curtain rods. It doesn't seem like a lot but it was and I forgot to turn on the fan. Poor guy suffered without complaint. The price was reasonable.
