A Honorable Roofing Company communicated well and was responsive to our concerns. The work was completed in one day. We have 24 solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled. Daryl referred us to Tristin (CVRS Services) who worked with A Honorable Roofing Company and I was hooked back up within three days. I am very happy with the new roof and I was very impressed with how thorough and how well they cleaned up after they were finished. I could not find one nail or piece of trash. "Complete re-stucco on single story home with walled courtyard. 15 year old home with original bad stucco job which was beginning to fail. Couldn't be happier and house looks great. All hand applied and can really tell the difference. Crew was wonderful and really cleaned up with no debris left. Will call these guys again for other home repairs. "Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."

"It was excellent--from the first meeting with David, the estimator, through to the end of the project ( today 4/28/20) when about six guys walked around the property to make sure that not a piece of trash or tar was left around. David successfully negotiated with my insurance company to increase their payment amount and was remarkably responsive throughout--returning calls and letting me know anything I needed to know. The guys ( up to 15 at a time) were unfailingly polite, came and left exactly as I had asked and finished the job on time with no damage to my extensive landscape nor any mess. Also no radios which I appreciated .The only thing was the fumes--but nothing to be done about that."
