We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire them again."

"They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. I would have been happy if the ceiling seam was the only thing they fixed. That was mainly a one man job. The other man went through my house fixing other cracks, including a large ceiling crack in a back bedroom. At the end of the 2 hours (4 man hours) they would have stayed and finished some small repairs at an additional charge. I declined. They did a partial cleanup. They would have stayed to finish cleaning up, but since I had definitely gotten my hours out of them, I told them I would finish cleaning. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, and they did a very good job. I do recommend them, and would use them again.
