"I had my roof repaired today 6/6/25 by Tapia Roofing. I called them to repair my roof. My call was returned promptly and within the same day he came to inspect the roof and within a week, they repaired it. They are professional, reasonable, prompt, respectful, courteous and do an excellent job. They even swept my porch and sidewalk that wasn't even close to where they were working. Fernando shows you before and after photos of the work done. I was more than 100% satisfied with the work that they did."

"Ken from A Honable Roofing came out and showed me all the places that Invigorating Roofing missing and why the roof is leaking. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! "Excellent. Jonas and Pat were punctual, professional, trustworthy, responsible, and insightful. We will hire them again. Jonas has a good business going on, so it is prudent to schedule 6 weeks prior to the start of the job. It is also prudent to understand and appreciate that there may be unforeseen challenges with the construction of your home that may cause challenges to the job that Jonas has no control over. Fortunately, Jonas’ experience was able to minimize any issues that came up with our job. Jonas and Pat started the day on the job site between 8-9 a.m. and worked a full day, prepped well and left the site orderly. I recommend going the route of buying the material yourself, as this is an area another contractor could mark up the price of your job. As mentioned, Jonas does not use this business practice. It is prudent to order and purchase your tile, etc at least three weeks before the job to alleviate any logistical issues. Jonas indicated the job would take five days and he finished it in five days. Jonas’ eye to detail and patience in completing the job very much impressed me, and the finished product looks fantastic. Ben looked at the place where the den intersects the rest of the house and which I said drips water after it rains. I said

I thought there was a problem  that might have to be repaired.

Ben  could have said there was a problem with my roof and given me an estimate to fix it. However, he said that when my new gutters are installed correctly I should not have a problem with water dripping from the gutters where they intersect from the den to the rest of the house.

I appreciate  people who do not try to take the consumer for a ride and charge when there really is not a problem.
