"Sol O Alire did a great job! We had a cedar fence repaired and another replaced. They also fixed a gate. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner, in response to a request to finish before a backyard event. I also requested that they take care not to cut down some really big trumpet vines growing right over the fence they replaced---and they did! They even went out of their way, trimming the bottoms of a couple of pickets to accommodate the large trunk of one of the trumpet vines. We are delighted with the work they performed and the care with which they performed it."

"Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace,the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."

  The fence is up, but the handle on the gate doesn't work and a board is warped so the door doesn't open. I will call soon to ask for follow up on the gate.

The company's culture was evident as everyone bent over backwards to ensure that the customer experience was optimal. They brought their own portable toilet and were very gentle with plants and bushes. The salesman Steve and foreman Jay communicated through the phases of project and most importantly of all, my house looks better than my neighbors' who used what looked like "two guys and a truck". I called the office and the owner Bob Ruele picked up the phone - hands-on service. I would highly recommend this firm."

"James and his staff are great people and hard workers. Had full house Stucco and had all new windows installed. Would have given 5 stars but still have stained concrete from stucco, crawl space vents got stucco over and need to be replaced ($$$), and the outside caulking jobs was messy and got on the vinyl part of the window frame and with the wind we have had lately dust has stuck to the caulking making it look like brown stains on white vinyl framing. Never had windows and stucco done before so not sure if all the issues is just what come with getting it done and no other way around it."
