They were courteous, neat, fixed a duct work problem, worked quietly, cleaned up, put old furnace and AC out and they were picked up in less then two hours. Explained how to use the thermostat and made sure we understood everything. We will definitely use them again and will recommend to others."

The emergency technician bandage the problem and assured me a crew would be out first thing in the morning to fully address the issue. At 7am I received a call and by 8:15 Akeem and Frank were at my door. They were pleasant, polite and very reassuring! They worked diligently for several hours and ultimately resolved the issue with as little disruption to my home as possible. They explained every step of the diagnosis and repair. I never felt in the dark and I was completely confident that they would be successful! 5 stars for Dwyer and 100 stars for Akeem and Frank!"

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
