"They responded to my home quickly and professionally. The technician was very knowledgeable and candid and saved me unnecessary expenses. They fixed the issue and has our ac back up and running within an hour and made sure everything was clean before they left. Will definitely recommend them."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Today, Air Experts replaced the 2nd-floor HVAC system (furnace, coil and condenser) of our home. Sales/point-person Neil Prasad did a great job answering all the questions/concerns my wife and I raised, and finalizing the contract. Heâ  s very responsive, courteous and focused on client satisfaction throughout the process. He gave us 4 options from which we picked a good enough Rheem system with a 10-year labor warranty. The price was less than what a competitor offered with even a shorter warranty. The zero-interest, 18-months financing was a huge benefit. Doug delivered the parts early, while installer Edik, assisted by Arthur finished the job in the promised 6-hours. Edik was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated how to change the filter and operate on the thermostat in a clear manner. I highly recommend Air Experts, Nealâ  s and Edikâ  s work. They know their stuff and were able to get things done, with minimal hassle."

"Wry solution oriented and professional. This was not your average install as the home was historic and and installation options were limited."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."

"One stop shop for plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical."

"I want to personally thank Keith for coming out 3 days in a row to repair and fix everything that my grandfather messed with on this old furnace. The extent of what my grandfather did and the patience Keith had with it was outstanding! I will never call another soul to do any repairs on my home. Thank you so much sir."

"Lenny and his crew installed a new Lennox furnace for us. The team is courteous and professional. Lenny found that our old humidifier was installed at the wrong place because of the difficult duct work. He went above and beyond his responsibility and installed the new humidifier at the correct position. I greatly appreciate his honesty and utmost professionalism. It is no wonder that his company gets consistently high reviews."

"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."
