"It was okay. I just bought a house so I just wanted some more information and see what they would say. I wasn't really looking for it, I just wanted to be thorough and everything so I decided to go ahead with it. They gave me the estimate for what they would do to make it perfect but I don't think it was necessary at that time. They wanted to redo the whole foundation and everything so it wasn't quite what I was looking for. It just kind of didn't work out in that respect because they just were focused on trying to get everything going which was going to be way out of my price range. They seem to know what they were talking about and everything. If I did need to do it, I would consider them. The one thing that was annoying was they wouldn't really give simple times just like what a homeowner can do to take an extra step at sealing the basement, like if there is a special type of pain you can use on the foundation. They really wouldn't get into that, I think they just want to sell you their stuff, which was a little disappointing. It did take a couple of times until I get a hold of them."

Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

"Our basement is old stone foundation with water coming in from the walls, it was determined that we could not waterproof so instead we water mitigated. Frank's installed a waterguard system around the perimeter (including a new sump pump) and a dehumidifier, they have both made a huge difference in the atmosphere of the basement. Both the sales and install crew were great, we had two small follow up items which were handled promptly. We would do business with Frank's again and recommend them for basement water work."

"Had Paul come out to give me an estimate to do some drain tile work in our front yard. Was very punctual and showed up when he said he would. Discussed a couple of different options and took the one that he recommended. Gave me a price and an approximate time when he could do the job. He actually came earlier than he said he would.showed up with 3 other workers and went right to work. He actually didn't use a piece of equipment that he said he needed, so he adjusted the price accordingly. Finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up, reseeded the dug up area and left. I must say that I have had absolutely no problems with standing water since he did the job. Even tied the downspouts from the gutters into the drain tile. I highly recommend PJK construction if you need any drain tile work done. <br />"

"The company was extremely professional, did a great job and communicated well throughout the long process, which started in the fall of 2013 and was not completed until the spring of 2014, all in accordance with the set plan. We still need some final grading done, however, due to an extremely and continuous wet spring, we have to wait a bit for the trucks to be able to get back in the wooded areas. The difference is night and day with the drainage and we see all of the underbrush growing and trees blooming like crazy, all very different than last year. Unfortunately, due to the enormity of the job it had a high price tag, however, it is all based on pipe lengths and number of drains, etc. so we believe it was actually fair for the project. <br />"

"I've worked in contracting of over 40 years, mostly commercial.   I was very impressed with Utech.   The crews were very professional.   Daily there was a supervisor who was very experienced and directed the crew with professionalism.  They protected all of my existing surfaces, cleaned up the areas nightly, and were very sensitive to the owner.   Very polite, well mannered.  When additional labor was needed, additional crews were brought in.    The owner stopped by twice along with a traveling supervisor.   Very labor intensive, but they did everything perfectly. <br />"
