"We agreed on planting 10 Juniper trees. From day 1, they planted them not straight on the line and the trees didnÃ¢Â Â t look healthy. My husband inquired about that, they said give them time and they will look better. And since then, we had to complain about the trees turning brown and not looking healthy. They kept promising thatÃ¢Â Â s a shock when you first plant them and they will become green with the time. Sometimes they said cut the brown branches and we did, sometimes they said clean the huge amount of weeds that was around them( idk what kind of dirt they put growing too much weeds?), and we did. Theu were asking about the watering instructions and we followed what they told us to do. Now we lost at least 4 trees that I canÃ¢Â Â t look at anymore , they became totally brown. . They (red rose landscaping)stopped answering us and they always try to connect me with the wrong department instead of the owner. I had to put claim through the attorney general office. They are bunch of liars."
