"Best Roofer Ever! Just had our cement tile roof replaced on our home. All About Roofing did an excellent job. I have built over 6 million sf of buildings and have never had a roofing company do as well as All About Roofing. The experience was great from the beginning to completion. Our sales/project manager was very responsive. After my inquiry, he came to inspect promptly and promptly gave us our estimate, itemized list of services and agreement. He did this before the other 2 companies I got proposals from even responded to do an inspection. I once woke up in the middle of the night thinking about a question, sent the question by text at 2 am and received a response 20 minutes later. The roof was 25 years old with a crumbling tar paper vapor barrier and many broken tiles, which is why we decided to replace everything. They started on time as scheduled. The crew as excellent â hard working, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. The vapor barriers proposed were much better than traditional tar paper. We picked the reflective radiant vapor barrier. The crew removed our old tile in a few hours â over 3,900 sf of roof. Before placing the vapor barrier, they tested every piece of decking, molding and fascia to make sure the wood was sound and no nails or splinters were protruding. They replaced several pieces of wood as needed and all ridge boards. The vapor barrier, penetration and perimeter flashing and tile was placed without incident. The crew cleaned up the yard and driveways at the end of every day instead of only at the end of the project. Our neighbors noticed the care and productivity of the crew and stop to remark about what a good job they were doing. Several asked for their contact information. "Prior to the work we received Trades Unlimited did a roof inspection and described in full detail the work that needed to be done. The work proceeded on schedule and was delayed only by a day of rain. The supervisor on the job (Rick Riccardo) kept me up to date daily on the progress. We have a 3 car garage and only one side needed to be kept free for the work. They performed a cleanup of debris at the end of each day. After completion of the work, there was a final inspection which found no issues. The job was completed for the agreed upon cost, with no additional charges incurred."

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. "The roof on my house received wind damage from a very windy storm. 1st contractor didn't show to do the job when he said he would! Called Scott (Field Manager) w/Beach Ventures 5 hours after the "No show" and he was able to show up to the job site THAT DAY! He saw the roof was exposed to the elements so he went to Walmart to buy some tarps to cover it until his crew could do the job. It seemed to me , that he was more concerned about the roof being exposed and wanting to protect it, then he was about winning the bid! VERY IMPRESSED! He was here from 4:PM till 6:30PM. When he left, I had the roof protected along with a written estimate of the work. Compared to the other quotes I got, the quote was in the middle of the pack. Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!"
