"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"They can in 6/12 and 6/13/2024 to install the new shower. He notice it was wrong size door.. They hung a shower curtain so I could use shower. I havenâ t use the shower waiting for door install, as of 6/20/24 has not be fined. Guess Iâ m going to call them."

"We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. We met Chad and Arlen and discussed our project. Within a week they started and installed a new tiled shower and floor, new vanity, lights, toliet and totally redid and textured the walls and ceiling with a complete new paint job. They were a pleasure to work with and their work surpassed our expectations. They are a very pleasant team to have in your home and my wife felt very comfortable with them.
