This included a new concrete patio with tile, a firepit table, a built-in grill, three fire bowls, stepstone path, channel drains, retaining wall, block divider wall, concrete slabs for the pool equipment and side yard, new vinyl fence and gate to hide all of it, benderboard, mulch, lighting, wall repairs, stucco, paint, etc. It was a very involved, multi-week project. Hugo speaks perfect English AND Spanish, his prices are very fair, and he will keep at it until you're happy, with a can-do attitude. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!!
