"Nir showed up periodically and every time he was called. I had a 3wk project that was actually completed in 2.5wks, but had to wait a couple of days because I wanted to add a special mailbox (not his fault). His guys were at my property at 7am everyday ready to work. His estimate was well priced and the quality of the work is spectacular. I feel more secure with my electric driveway gate and it's so beautiful, my neighbors are in serious talks of getting similar gates in which I already recommended All County Fence and Gates, Inc. He will also work with any other companies you are dealing with to ensure an overall quality project. I also had a turf project and audio/visual project going on. If I need any other work, I will check with Nir and his crew first to see if they do it. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this company if you have a fence project. I also gave him permission to take pictures of my gate to show anyone who wanted to see some great work! Why a 4.5 instead of 5: I did recommend he'd get a different painter because he had an attitude all three times I saw him, but this had nothing to do with the quality and beauty of the fence."

"They did a poor job replacing a wooden gate for us. The salesman specified cedar as we agreed, but the wood that was delivered was pine, so the job was delayed while cedar was found and delivered. The gate did not close properly and the trim was improperly cut and installed. Finally, when I complained, another person came out with the crew to get it straight. When I told him what was wrong, in admittedly an energetic, frustrated tone, he told me he was the owner and would not put up with my complaining. After they left, there were more adjustments I had to do to the latch, and now, a few years later, the lag bolts that they installed to the garage wall have worked loose, so I had to repair that also. The only good thing about this company was the nice salesman and a good price. By the way, they are in Anaheim, not Irvine; I guess their name is to give the impression that they are a classy outfit, which they are definitely not."
